MphasiS’ CSR philosophy is to support innovative programmes that work towards an inclusive development of society and focus on programs that benefit the underpriviliged. 

Employee volunteers are the most important pillar of MphasiS' community strategy. Employees proactively support and contribute to social causes by donating their time, money, skills, and creative ideas.

In March 2010, MphasiS and Terre des Hommes took it’s first steps towards a CSR partnership. An IT training workshop was organised on MS Office 2007, for Terre des Hommes employees in their headquarters in The Hague. Proposed future partnership initiatives include a joint fundraising event involving MphasiS' clients and employees and financial support to one of Terre des Hommes’ educational projects in India.
