As a assistant shop team you are part of a team of 3 people who work from the head office in The Hague to support all shops and volunteers as optimally as possible with the aim of achieving the best results from the stores. The store team is one of the three teams within the fundraising & communication department (15 people in total) and you report to the Coordinator volunteers and shops.
