Consultancy to conduct the End Evaluation of projects in Cambodia

Terre des Hommes Netherlands (TdH-NL) is a development organisation dedicated to the protection of children from exploitation. TdH-NL's work on child exploitation covers: (a) the Worst Forms of Child Labour; (b) Child Trafficking; (c) Sexual Exploitation of Children; (d) Child Abuse. TdH-NL strives to prevent child exploitation, remove children from exploitative situations and ensure that they can develop in a secure, healthy and supportive environment.

Consultancy to conduct the End Evaluation of the Early Child Marriage project (Mondulkiri)

The overall objective of the service to be provided is to design and lead the end evaluation of the Contribute to reduction of prevalence of Early Child Marriage in Mondulkiri.

The consultant will design research methodology and data collection tools using mixed methods to measure the outcomes of the project. The evaluation findings will be raised with project stakeholders and beneficiaries and used to inform future project design.

Consultancy to conduct the End Evaluation of Prevent and Respond to Online Child Sexual Exploitation in Cambodia project

The OCSE project is a three-year project designed to prevent and respond to emerging forms of online child sexual exploitation in Cambodia.  The project focuses on two main strategies: a Promotion strategy which consists in engaging with and building capacity and ownership of relevant government stakeholders to address this issue; a Prevention strategy which aims to change the knowledge, attitudes and behaviours of a broad range of stakeholders (children, teachers, NGOs, etc.) to strengthen prevention and reporting mechanisms. The project is aligned with the national Action Plan to Prevent and Respond to Violence Against Children 2017-2021.

The consultant will design research methodology and data collection tools using mixed methods to measure the outcomes of the project. The evaluation findings will be raised with project stakeholders and beneficiaries and used to inform future project design.

Consultancy to conduct the End Evaluation of the Working Actively Together for Children (WATCH) project

The WATCH Cambodia project is  a three-year project designed to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism (SECTT).  The project has implemented an integrated approach that includes: 1) awareness raising in at risk communities; 2) provision of one on one case management support to survivors of sexual exploitation of children in the context of travel and tourism; and, 3) research to maximize and strengthen Cambodian technical expertise and capacity.
