Awareness raising continues in Cambodia amidst COVID-19 risks
Terre des Hommes Netherlands has facilitated the distribution of more than 200 prevention posters that were produced by UNICEF and WHO.
"TDH supports the effort to share important messages so that children and families receive accurate information and learn how to protect themselves and others. The Siem Reap field team has worked with great commitment to distribute informative posters and hygiene kits to project beneficiaries.” said Zoe de Melo, the Country Manager for Terre des Hommes Cambodia.
In addition, TDH will provide toys and educational games to children as an alternative to the lack of access to education and leisure activities during school closures. The unprecedented COVID-19 crisis in the country presents new risks for children.
