Keeping sexual exploitation survivors safe from COVID-19 in Turkana, Kenya

The first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Kenya has almost immediately led to the nationwide closure of schools. For the 38 girls and 7 boys staying in the shelter of our partner SAPCONE in Lodwar, Turkana, this meant their education was put on hold as well. These children remain in the shelter to protect them from exploitation, while keeping them safe from COVID-19.
