The freelance Senior Fundraising is responsible for generating income from fundraising and, for this purpose, initiating, developing, coordinating and executing fundraising policy and activities. You are co-responsible for reporting to donors and may have as focus area the private market, large organizations within the business market and/or the institutional market including funds, governments and/or NGOs. In addition, you manages (long-term/complex) strategic relationships.
Within our department, the generation of revenue for the organization is central. We want to build partnerships with other actors to share best practices and learning whilst directing more resources. To this end, a fundraising and partnerships policy is developed, various internal and external marketing and communication activities are designed and implemented, and relations are actively maintained and further expanded.
Fundraising activities are developed and executed in collaboration with substantive experts within the organization. You will report to the Manager of Institutional Partnerships and work in a team with another Senior Fundraiser, a Senior Relationships Manager and two Humanitarian Action Coordinators.

The salary scale is depending on your experience and skills between 3.426,- and 4.822,- euro’s gross a month or hourly rate depending on your experience
